どうやらレベルでcool timeが短くなってQuality 1%で0.5% increased damageみたいだね
20% less damageついてるから単純に火力目的で使うのは癖がありそう
EDでWither-CWC-ContagionとかできそうだけどWitherは強い単体に対して使いたいしContagionはパック処理に使いたいしで微妙にかみ合ってないからなあ
他のPoison型でWither-CWC-Curseみたいな使い方が一番素直かなあ
